media-libs/gst-plugins-bad: Remove after fdkaac support is in ::gentoo

media-libs/gst-plugins-bad was added to the FeM Overlay to add support for the Fraunhofer AAC codec with a separate USE flag, since support wasn't available in media-libs/gst-plugins-bad::gentoo (3795cffb).

Bug #837809 is now open in Gentoo's Bugzilla requesting support for the Fraunhofer AAC codec. If this bug gets accepted and support added, the package can be removed from the FeM Overlay again.
