media-libs/mlt: Remove, exists in ::gentoo and is broken
media-libs/mlt is currently broken, since upstream changed their build system. Furthermore, this package also exists in ::gentoo, although it is not available as a live ebuild there. Since this package is broken and it doesn't seem like pegro has the time to fix the ebuild, I propose that it shall be removed from the overlay.
If I don't get a response until 2022-04-16, I'll schedule a removal.
