app-pda/ifuse: Removal, exists in ::gentoo

app-pda/ifuse-1.1.3-r1 exists in ::gentoo and I don't see any relevant difference between our version and upstream. However, upstream is maintainer-needed.

Still, I think if we are still interested in having ifuse around, we should rather make the effort of maintaining the package in ::gentoo instead.
