app-admindb/xq: Failed to fetch distfiles

The previous CI pipeline design of gentoo/fem-overlay-vendored caused the dependency tarball to be overwritten, resulting in a changed checksum. Thus, app-admin/xq currently fails to fetch distfiles.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
