sys-fs/asm: Removal

sys-fs/asm has no consumers in the fem-overlay and a serious open bug (#63 (closed)) preventing it from being executable on recent Gentoo systems. Since it is not working in the current state, the package will be last-rited today and removed on 2022-09-01.
