media-video/ffmpeg: Removal
Serious open issues (#151 (closed), #143 (closed)). The package doesn't seem to be maintained recently. However, it is still in use in FeM infrastructure.
Last-rite happens immediately. Removal is scheduled for 2022-10-20. The deadline is doubled due to its importance in the Broadcast infrastructure.
