net-misc/c3tt-scripts: Removal

net-misc/c3tt-scripts has a soon-to-be-broken upstream, is still EAPI 6 and hasn't been migrated to GitLab. Some of its dependencies also have QA problems.

Last-rite starts now. If there is still need for these scripts, they need to be migrated to a new upstream repo anyway.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
