net-analyzer/fem-arubaos-nrpe-scripts: Rename to net-analyzer/fem-arubaos-monitoring-plugins

Adrian Schollmeyer requested to merge arubaos-monitoring-plugins into master

Upstream changed the name, since the scripts are generic Nagios-compatible monitoring plugins. This commit reflects this renaming by also renaming the package.
