Adrian Schollmeyer requested to merge gst-plugins into master

Since we are trying to get the fdkaac plugin into ::gentoo and they decided to make it a split package gst-plugins-fdkaac, this commit reflects this change in the FeM Overlay to make the migration to the ::gentoo version easier.
