It's very troublesome to accept the host keys for switches manually.
Since they are inside the management network, we can assume that the
chance of a MITM attack is low. Thus, we should be able to trust host
keys on first use.

This allows us to run the SSH config on hosts with management VLAN
access, including the fem-mgmt-jumphost.

This tool returns whether a management network IP address was found.

Add debian packaging and package building

Options help with debugging as we can now enable -v for SSH connections.
Also, if the client is misconfigured, additional sshpass errors in the
final connection attempt can now be checked (most commonly that the SSH
host key still doesn't match after the final attempt).

This is needed to make the match rules apply properly.

Use -e instead of -n so we can use escape sequences.

Of course the directories need to have +x so the files inside can be
accessed.
